Die Cutting Machine, also known as Beer Machine, Cutting Machine, CNC Stamping Machine, is mainly used for die-cutting (full break, half break), indentation and hot stamping operations, lamination, and automatic waste disposal of corresponding non-metallic materials, self-adhesive, EVA, double-sided adhesive, electronics, mobile phone pads, etc. The die-cutting machine uses steel knives, hardware molds, steel wires (or steel plate carved templates), and applies a certain amount of pressure through the embossing plate to cut the printed products or cardboard into a certain shape. It is an important equipment for post press packaging processing and shaping.
The working principle of a die-cutting machine is to use die-cutting knives, steel knives, hardware molds, steel wires (or steel plate carved templates), and apply a certain amount of pressure through the embossing plate to cut the printed product or cardboard into a certain shape. If the entire print is pressed and cut into individual graphic products, it is called die cutting; If steel wire is used to press marks or leave bent grooves on the printed product, it is called indentation; If using two templates of yin and yang, heating the mold to a certain temperature, and hot stamping a three-dimensional pattern or font on the surface of the printed product, it is called hot stamping; If one substrate is applied to another substrate, it is called lamination; Excluding genuine products is called waste disposal; The above can be collectively referred to as die cutting technology.
Die cutting process is a commonly used process for packaging printed products, which is to use a die cutting knife to combine the design requirements of the product into a die cutting plate. Under the action of pressure, the printed product or other ring packaging blanks are rolled and cut into the desired shape or cut marks in the forming process. The indentation process is to use a wire cutter or wire die to press line marks on the sheet metal through the action of pressure, or to use a rolling wheel to bend and shape the sheet according to a predetermined position. The usual die-cutting and indentation process is to combine the die-cutting knife and the wire pressing knife into the same template, and simultaneously perform die-cutting and indentation processing on the die-cutting machine, abbreviated as die-cutting. The main process of die-cutting indentation is as follows: plate loading → adjusting pressure → determining rules → pasting base materials and accessories → pressure testing die-cutting → formal die-cutting indentation → waste cleaning → finished product winding or cutting into pieces → counting and packaging.
